In 1995 Bradley Beazley Residential opened its first London office. With a portfolio of over 3,000 landlords, and with properties ranging from City Centre apartments through to family homes and flats, we consider ourselves to be experts in the property rental market.

In 2008 the Government awarded Liverpool with the title City of Culture 08. This award provided much investment and enormous regeneration opportunities which led us to open our Liverpool branch covering the North West. Due to this success many of our London clients have increased their portfolio and now invest in the North West.
